What Causes Tube Swelling With Urination Pain?

i have been in pain for 4 days it gradually got worse. the tube that i prr from is swollen. i thought that i was going to pass a kidney stone but have not. it doesnt hurt when i pee it hurts after. I feel pressure from the tube, as if i was in labor. I could not be in labor i had a partial hysterctomy. what could be wrong and what kind of doctor do i need to go see?
