What Causes Trouble In Visual Focusing?
I am 15 years old .. i have really bad dizziness.. i used to be on the computer for all hours of the day, starting from the time i woke up to the time i went to sleep. Recently I have changed my patterns, I am barely on the computer now, but I noticed that I always have headaches, neck aches, back aches, dizziness when shifting my eyes, blurred vision, i noticed that i squint a lot also because my eyes feel irritated. i got an eye test done which came out perfectly good except he told me that my eyes are having trouble focusing.. what could this be?

You are having computer vision syndrome. You have to check your sitting posture, computer level with your eye. It should be at same level with your eye. Apply artificial tear drop in between sitting before computer. Give break in between.and roam about in room look to distant object out side
