Hello Welcome to HCM. I have understood your problem of sleeplessness. Here are some suggestions which will help you: 1. You can take sleep inducing medicines like zolpidem or ativan or rivotril. Among these ativan or rivotril or similar category drugs can lead to habit-formation. But zolpidem is safer in this respect. However it may cause hangover in first time users. 2. Avoid daytime nap. 3. Dont take tea, coffee or alcohol at bed time. 4. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. 5. Avoid fatty or heavy meals in dinner. 6. Take a warm water bath before going to bed. 7. Dont to vigorous exercises in evening or night. 8. If you are not able to sleep within 20minutes of lying onto bed, do not keep lying on bed.
