What causes tremors in the left arm and neck pain?

I have a severe the tremor in right hand/arm. Awakened in night with tremor in left arm and head shaking. Was in rear end accident in March. X-rays clear. Have done PT. neck started hurting again with nausea. Pain is down shoulder, fingers numb and burning. Could this be a pinched nerve?

Yes, it can be due to traumatic nerve injury or nerve compression.
To reduce tremors avoid Caffeine and other stimulants, alcohol and learn to relax.
