What Causes Tremors In The Hands?
Everyday, at about the same time in the afternoon, I have a feeling of anguish that causes my hands to tremor to the point that my handwriting is impossible to read. My Doctor has told me that my blood/sugar level is normal. The body tremors are getting worse, to the point that I thought I might pass out. They are mobile skill impairing. During these events, I have burning in my mouth and face, and tremors that I can t control. My leg s get weak, and I sometimes get disoriented. Dizziness to the point that I just feel I need to sit. Any idea why?

hello,first of all you need to classify ur tremor type
it can either be due to anxiety or due to some brain problm .
in ur case probablity is that u hv some anxiety .as you hv associated syptoms .were there no symptoms it cud be some brain disorer with sole symptom of tremor .
you should relax yourself and try to.get busy in something that you forget your tremor
the more you ll think about it worse they will become .
first IGNORE .and keep in mind its no big issue it will go away once you ignore it .definitely
you can take some mild medicine for reducing your anxiety for time being .i suggest alprazolam
