What Causes Tremors In The Fingers And Severe Anxiety?

I hv very jittery fingers n sensitive nerves in my back and my legs. I am very anxious most of the time and he has the results and that chewing my fingers to the bone, eating when not hungry and rubbing my head incessantly, must be doing something with my hands all the time. Spend many hours a day on my iPad, as a result my eyes are tired I have a headache above my eyes. My vision gets very blurry and comes and goes. Can t be still must be doing something all the time. I am a paraplegic and staying in bed most of the time. Is that a good start Or the end.

In my opinion, you should definitely consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Counselling along with anxiolytic drugs are useful in symptomatic relief.
