Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you are persistently experience tremors it has to be evaluated as it can be an early sign of disease like Parkinson's disease and other neurological illness. Do a thyroid function test also thyroid problems can also causes tremors. If tremors persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
