What Causes Tremors, Fatigue, Joint Pain, Breathlessness With Difficulty In Concentrating?

My name is Sharon and i have a 14 year old daughter who is being tested for cancer. The tests are taking a long time to come in, and i am beginning to get scared. She was experincing symptoms of cancer for several years now, and it has recently become worse. She was also diagnosed with Epilepsy five years ago, and have been feeling under the weather ever since. She complains of tremours, extreme fatigue, joint pain, difficultly breathing, difficulty concentration and overall bad feelings. I would really love it if you guys could give me some advice to tide me over untill the tests come in. -Sharon

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hello,

Please be rest assured as nobody can go on with cancer symptoms for years. Do it might not be a cancer at all. From the description, I feel that we need to consider chronic fatigue syndrome secondary to EBV please.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Sumanth Amperayani, Pediatrician, Pulmonology
