Hello,
You are having transparent liquid discharge from your nipples. It can be considered normal if the discharge is coming from both your nipples. You are sexually active. It can occur due to excessive breast and nipple stimulation. It can also be the result of side effect of taking birth control pills. Sometimes, endocrine (hormone) disorders may also manifest such symptoms.
Normal
nipple discharge occurs when your nipples are repeatedly chafed by your bra or during vigorous physical exercise, such as jogging. You are suggested to wear soft cotton loose fitting clothes. Avoid wearing bra for a couple of days. Leave the nipples alone for a while, do not keep touching or squeezing them to check for nipple discharge, this will help the condition to improve.
However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP to stay on the safer side and detect any possibility of infection or
abscess, palpable lump or change in shape and size of the breast, swelling under the armpit or around the collarbone. You will be treated accordingly. If needed you will be asked to get few investigations like, blood tests, laboratory investigation of discharge,
mammogram, etc., done.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
