Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Albumin is a protein present in blood. The kidneys normally do not filter such large molecules into the urine, so albuminuria can be an indicator of damage to the kidneys There are a number of conditions that could cause leakage of albumin in urine.
1.High blood pressure
2. Diabetic nephropathy
3.Congestive heart failure
4. Metabolic syndrome, or kidney damage from nephrotic syndrome

Hope your query is solved
