What causes total right side weakness with balance issues and cognitive issues?

My mother was dx d with glioblastoma 09/12 IMRT and temodar after resection. Recurrence 01/13 2nd resection then avastin and dasatinib for 1 year. Stopped treatment in January 2014 due to minor strokes from avastin therapy. Latest MRI with spectroscopy shows radiation necrosis but stable tumor. Why is she showing such a decline. Total right side weakness, balance issues, cognitive issues, memory loss, and confusion?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your mother, your mother had gone through the neuro surgery for space occupying lesion so looking to this condition such symptoms are inevitable and this is noting to worry because with such neurological disease she survived is the best part, hope this information helps you have a nice day.
