What Causes Torn Frenulum During Intercourse?

I recently tore my frenulum during intercourse and am not circumcised. I received stitches at the hospital and just had them removed, and the doctor said to lay off intercourse for about a week. I feel that now it is healing, but am scared to pull down my foreskin and am worried as to if it will end up being short now and this could happen in the future. What do you think about this?

Hi, read and understood your problems.
This is very natural for the structure like frenulum to get a tear during the first intercourse.
Doctor has already stitched and the time has come to get the stitches to be removed.
Do not be scared as the healing will cure your problems, and with time the body gets adjusted to the wear and tear of such structures.

If you are still worried I would do frenuloplasty in such a case to alleviate your fears and you can have a stress-free sexual life.
