What Causes Tiredness, stomach Ache, nausea And Back Ache?

I am asking on behalf of my 17 year old daughter. She suffered a burst AVM 12 years ago, that s when all the problems started. Later she was diagnosed with Hashimoto s for which she takes synthroid.....Later around 12 years of age she was diagnosed with PCOS, for which she is on many hormone regimens to help with symptoms..Two years ago she had seizures, and had been prescribed Keppra, which she is on til date. Now the main problem, My daughter has not been having extreme tiredness, stomach aches, localized back aches and constant nausea. No endocrinologist, rheumatologist or even her gynec has been able to diagnose her. we end up with her internist over and over again. We changed her internist but no avail.. HELP!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 17 year old daughter having varied problems like PCOS, Hashimoto's, AVM, fits and now have fatigue, pain in abdomen and localized backache. You have changed internist but no one could diagnose her problem.
The probable caused could related to any organ which is on posterior wall or so like:
Colitis
Ovarian problems due to preexisting PCOS the bulky ovary can cause torsion .
Appendicitis.
Any thing related to kidneys, pancreas and so on.
The best way is:
To get a clinical evaluation done by a General Surgeon.
CT scan can surely help a lot.
Other investigations of blood, stool and urine; Colonoscopy as needed.
These things will give you a diagnosis and a plan for further management.
I find this answer helpful
