What Causes Tiredness, Slight Headache And Nausea?
I've been feeling very tired lately. Everything I do makes me tired. Also I have not been very hungry, and when I do eat I can not eat a lot. I get nauseas everyday and get slight headaches. This has been going on for about a week now, but the past three days has been the worst. All I ever want to do is sleep.

this could be due to occult infection,liver,kidney or heart disease, hypertension(emergency) or gut disease.It can also be due to depression, exertion or hormonal imbalances likely thyroid,adrenals,diabetes, pituitary etc.Drugs may also be responsible.
