Hello, My name is Aliyah and I am a 14 year old girl.
Well, I have been feeling very tired and nausea for the past about four days. I just moved to Texas for awhile and I thought it was just me adjusting. And I also have this sort of heart beat in my stomach and am curious on what it maybe. I have not been able to sleep at night and when I lay down and get back up I feel like Im about to blackout. Any idea what could be wrong
