Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

The symptoms of tiredness, thirsty and hungry... we need to rule out diabetes and other related metabolic conditions. Headache is probably because of the feeling of tiredness and hungry. This will resolve with the treatment of the underlying condition.
Do consult your doctor for evaluation by blood investigations like blood glucose levels and appropriate treatment depending on the examination reports.
