What Causes Tiredness, Headaches, Cramping, Spotting And Nausea?
I ve been really tired lately. Going to the bathroom more often and having a fever. Some headaches and light cramping. And I feel nausea throughout the day. My last period was Sept 27, 14, so I haven t missed it yet and I had sex two days later and then the next afternoon II started to spot a little and that happened for two days. But I think I m might be pregnant not sure. Could I be or should I just wait until next period which should be coming Oct 25,14 to see??

About pregnancy it is too early to comment. As you said you can go for pregnancy test on expected date of menses.
By knowing your complains, it seems more of urine infection. About fever , please check with thermometer . Above 100 degree farenheit is fever.Have plenty of water and take syrup Cital.
If it doesn't relieve you need to take antibiotics .
