What Causes Tiredness, Breathlessness And Chest Pain After An Injury?

Hi, I m 18 and I hit the back of my head on concrete. I felt dizzy and it was bleeding. I no longer feel dizzy but I feel really tired and like there s a lot of pressure (fogginess). I m also experiencing a shortness of breath on occasion as well as left chest pain. Pupils are fine and I don t have any headache.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to do an X-ray of the chest to find if you have pneumothorax or any fractures of the bone. Also, you should do a blood count. If you vomit go to emergency room.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
