What Causes Tiredness And Lack Of Energy?

Hi there. I have been suffering from tiredness for several months. I sleep about 10 to 12 hours every night and yet do not have alot of energy during the day. The lack of energy is affecting my life. I am 30, exercise regularly and eat well, although I am vegetarian. I have a blood test recently which came back normal, except for a slightly low white blood cell count. My mother and grandfather both have hypothyroidism but this seems to have been ruled out by the blood test. Also, anaemia, Vit B12 and diabetes were ruled out. Is it possible that the blood test was inaccurate? Should I get a second opinion/ another blood test? Thank you.

Welcome and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The term ''blood test'' is very large. After thyroid, anemia and Diabetes i would suggest to exclude a Vit D deficiency and a low cortisol level.
The cortisol should be checked at the morning (8.00 a.m).
If you have checked them also please do not hesitate to attach the result.
