What Causes Tiredness And Drowsiness Inspite Of Having Thyroid Medications?

Hi! I m a 21 years old woman and I ve been feeling tired all day, can t memorize. Basically I just want to sleep all day long. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 1 year ago. I take 0.025mg every day, but reccently I did some blood tests: my THS were 5,05 and my T4 free was a litle below normal minimum range. My family physician says I dont have any problem. What shoul I do?
