What Causes Tiredness And Drop In BP?

my blood pressure was 197/86...I measured it 20 mins later and it was 172/86 and then 20 min later and it was 156/86.....should I be concerned.....feel tired but no chest pains or numbness heart rate is like 84....no breathing problems...just feel very nervous for some reason

welcome to HCM.
DONT PANIC.
It shows your sbp is very high.
most probably you checked it after exercise or under anxiety(most common physiological causes).
the target should be below 140/90.
isolated high systolic bp causes hypertrophy of cardiac muscle.
you should check it at rest.and consult a cardiologist.
you need to do some biochemical test and an echocardio.
