Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms of feeling tired, weeing a lot could be due to raised blood glucose/sugar levels. Dry mouth could be due to increased thirst which again is a symptom of raised blood glucose. Tiredness and dizziness could also be due to anaemia. Tiredness could also be due to hypothyroidism.

I would advise you to get blood tests to rule out diabetes – fasting blood glucose, post prandial blood glucose ( blood test taken 2 hours after eating) and HbA1C (this blood test shows you the average blood glucose over the past 3 months). Also get your serum creatinine levels, complete blood picture (blood counts and Haemoglobin) and TSH done.

If the tests are normal, it is likely that you are exhausted due to looking after your child. You could eat a well-balanced diet, with 4-5 serving of fruit and vegetables to improve your immunity. You could also take a multivitamin tablet like A to Z or Zincovit one tablet a day.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you

Regards
