What Causes Tiny Red Colored Dots In The Neck And Belly Without Itching?
My son had a nightmare last night and crude and crude and now he has this little red dots in his neck and belly they don't itch, you can't feel them and they are tiny. He was very warm so I think it might be a heat rash but not sure. Can you please guide me. Thank you!

You should rule out petechia. petechia are tiny rashes which do not itch and they are due to decreased platelet count. So, I recommend you to visit your Dermatologist to rule out any bleeding disorders.
