What Causes Tiny Bumps On The Corner Of The Mouth?

Lots of tiny bumps on corner of mouth close to lips. I golf frequently so my face constantly gets torched. Also have to shave a lot. I am 20 years old so my hair is growing in new places. Could all the bumps be little hairs that are hard to see or that are coming in?

Thank you for query.it can be folluculitis or herpes infection as the morphology and symptoms site is not clear.more likely folliculitis if too frequent and close shaving is followed. Do not trim too short.you can use topical antibiotics like erythromycin or clindamycin gels after consultation with your doctor. You can get back for any clarification.
