What Causes Tinnitus, Blurred Vision And Hand Tremors Post Head Injury?
I hit the front of my head yesterday (left temple), but the right back side of my head hurt a lot more. My ears rang for about 5 minutes, I had 15 seconds-ish of blurry vision, and hand tremors for a few hours. I was also nauseous for a few hours. Now, I get headaches when I concentrate. What does this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, ideally if it is the head injury then it need to be brought for investigation and it need to be kept under the observation for at least 48 hours, if you do have some symptoms then better to see the ER, it should never be taken as granted, hope this information helps.
