Vertigo and middle ear pressure may be caused by Eustachian tube block or pharyngitis or allergy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks and cold water, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Vertin. Use tablet Sinarest.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine ear by tympanometry and pure tone audiometry then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
