Hello, I recently had tympanoplasty/mastoiddectomy operation back in April of 2016, I loss my hearing on my left ear and my balance is way off now. My question is, lately I ve been having a lot of ringing in my left ear and when I do certain balance excercices i get this weird palpitation in my left ear, it s almost like a heart beat but for my left ear. Is this something to be worried about?
