What Causes Tingly And Pins And Needle Sensation In Feet?

sometimes my feet feel tingly and have the sensation of pins and needles on the bottom. Sometimes my feet hurt so bad on the bottom it takes a while before i can move. what might be the cause and is there relief? I gained 45 pounds and blame that to be the cause.

I have read your query.

You are right gaining weight may be the cause of your problem.

I advise you to loose weight by regular walking in morning and evening and have balanced diet.

Also get your morning blood sugar levels checked.
