What Causes Tingling Sensations In The Body?

I'm feeling a weird sensation throughout my whole body not necessarily numb or tingly just a weird sensation where I can't really feel my hands or any part of my body when I touch or move something. I even grab a ice pack to make it feel pain to bring sensation back, it works for a couple of seconds then the sensation comes back and while one part of my body might feel normal 1 second the rest has the sensation and vice versa. Example would be when I'm holding my phone I can be biting my tongue and the sensation is felt in both my hands and my tongue. And when I put my phone down i have to put it down carefully, because the sensation makes it feel as if I need to be more careful.

Hello
There are many reasons of this problem.

I would suggest you to undergo some blood tests
1. Blood Pressure
2. Blood Sugar (Fasting and Random)
3. Vit B levels
4. ASA

However I will suggest you some home remedies to get rid of this

1. Take proper Rest. Don't take much anxiety.
2. Move Around: Usually, tingling sensation and numbness are caused by sitting in the same position for long stretches of time. The best treatment for this is trying some basic stretches or exercising a little to improve the blood circulation.
3. Yoga/Physiotherapy will definitely help.
4. Meditation and Breathing exercises.
5. Vitamin B Complex supplements.
6. If possible avoid Caffeine
7. Include Magnesium Rich diet in your food.

I hope this information turns out to be helpful you

Thanks
