What Causes Tingling Sensation In Toes After Fracture Of Metatarsals?

I fractured my 3rd & 4th metatarsal s just over 3 weeks ago. My ortho told me at my appointment last Monday that I should try putting a shoe on at home this week to see how it feels. Is it normal that my toes are still tingling? I do still have swelling when I take my boot off at night.

Hi welcome to health care magic . After going through your query I think there is nerve impingement at foot after fracture . You need fracture reduction and splinting of foot and analgesics , elevation of leg. Hope your query has been answered . Thanks .
