What Causes Tingling Sensation In Throat When Suffering From Dry Cough?

I started coughing about a month ago when I was getting over the flu. It's a tingle that I get in my throat and I cough and cough. The cough is a dry cough and nothing else. My stomach muscles hurts so bad that it is causing my back to also hurt. I also feel bloated.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Post flu some people develop what is called post viral bronchiolitis, which means a swelling in your lower airway, this makes them sensitive and causes lot of dry cough.
Dont worry, you will need a cough syrup and some more medications, and you will be alright!
Please meet your chest doctor/ physician for examination and further advice.
Thanks
