What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Ring Finger While On Nabumetone?

After taking Nabumetone for about a week(2xday, 500mg each) to reduce swelling of an inguinal hernia, I began having shoulder joint and muscle pain in left arm, which then moved down my arm into the elbow. Felt like I had hit the funny bone with tingling radiating down into the little and ring fingers. Nothing seemed to give relief. When after week two on the drug, same symptoms began showing up in my right arm, I quit taking the Nabumetone altogether. Shoulder is much better, but still some issues with the elbow tingling... I am seeing my surgeon next week for follow up, but wanted some other input before seeing the dr.

Hello,

It is not related to Nabumetone and probably due to neuropathic causes. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
