What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Right Arm?

I am 60, excellent health and fitness, was rear ended on highway Jan. 11. Have done PT for neck/back ever since. Pain is not severe, but bothersome and intermittent. Today s problem:I have sudden tingling in right hand and a bit up my arm since I woke up about 5 hours ago. No pain. I do my computer in bed in weird positions bc I cannot sit for long periods. Carpel tunnel? Should I go to urgent care or wait until tomorrow? Thank you.

I thick it is due to your posture compressing some nerve there is no worry if there is weakness in the arm u may wait for aday
