What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Nipples?

Do you know why it feels like I m getting stabbed in nipple and areola with the needle and I am a male. On top of that there is constant pus coming out of the areola and a liquid type fluid coming out of the nipple itself when I went to get check for breast cancer they said it wasn t breast cancer but I did have gynecomastia other than that they didn t know or understand also know I am a renal patient and on dialysis does this have to do with anything
