What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Lower Abdomen And Nausea?
This is how i feel Th last couple of days I have had really annoying consistent tingling in the left ovarian area. Accompanied by an occasional jabbing type sensation, not quite pain. I also felt a bit nauseous / light headed i got insiminated the last friday of january so im barely going to be 2 full weeks on friday since can u help

The symptoms you have could be early signs of conception (especially after 2 weeks of insemination).
But the thing gets confirmed only after +ve pregnancy test. Around tour date of expected periods by blood human HCG test /by home urine pregnancy test after 8 days delay in periods.
Till then take rest. Avoid physical or psychological stress. Wait patiently for the test result.
