What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Head And Right Hand?
wondering why I periodically experience a strange sensation overcome me... I get this sensation of perhaps going to faint.. feeling a kind of tingling sensation in my head and it seems to freeze me. so I have to stop and give a minute or two until it subsides and I gather myself.... happened about 4 times over last 4 months-- plus I have had tingling in my right hand (pinched nerve?)

Tingling head can be non-specific related to stress, anxiety or other neurologic issues underlying.
The hand tingling can be from nerve compression at carpel tunnel, cervical root region in the nape of the neck or other systemic illness as diabetes or so.
