What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Foreskin Of Penis?

Sir i am having tingling sensation on my penis foreskin and some little bumps appear on it I had unprotected oral last month and when I pulled out I felt that her tooth scratched me on penis however the next morning I checked up my penis and there was no scratch or wound I am very much worried about having HIV or any other std please help me

Hello!I have been through your question.
Related your concern I think this could be probably HSV. But you don't worry about HIV because it is known that if you and your partner don't have any open bleeding wound or sores there not exist any chance to get HIV. The chance an HIV-negative person will get HIV from oral sex with an HIV-positive partner is extremely low.
I suggest to meet an infectious diseases specialist to do a HSV test and to define better the diagnosis.
