Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Tingling sensation and fast heartbeat are among the described side effects of caffeine. The chronic use of caffeine may give you such symptoms.Even though it may help control your symptoms, chronic use is not the best.I feel you may try other
migraine treatment options.
The treatment of migraine may be preventive or pain-relieving.
-Pain-relieving medications are recommended as soon as you experience signs or symptoms of a migraine for the best results. They include: normal Pain relievers, Triptans, Ergots, Opioid medications, Glucocorticoids
-Preventive medications are indicated if: You have four or more debilitating attacks a month, If attacks last more than 12 hours, If pain-relieving medications aren't helping, If your migraine signs and symptoms include a prolonged aura or
numbness and weakness. They include: Beta blockers, Antidepressants, Anti-
seizure drugs, OnabotulinumtoxinA, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, especially
naproxen.
I will suggest you just see your Doctor with a good history of your crisis and the best treatment decisions will be taken.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
