What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Hands?
I just started a job landscaping a few weeks ago. its very physical. feels like working out. when I go to sleep, I cant sleep through the night without waking up with my arms and hands tingling and feeling asleep. it takes about 10-15 minutes and a hot shower to get feeling close to normal. is there something I can do to stop this?

How old are you? It may be due to pressure induced damage of nerve endings while on work or holding an object for long time. It may be due to peripheral neuropathy or vascular compromise, etc. Please take tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days.
Use tablet Methylcobalamine once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
