What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Fingers?

I started lifting weights again after a 3-4 month layoff. I started where I left off, with heavy weights. I think I tore a ligament in my Right arm. I now have tingling sensation from the arm to my fingers in my right arm. Is that from a possible torn ligament? How can I heal the arm and make the tingling go away?

Hi, I think if you have pain also, get a xray done for the arm. Take some pain killers and muscle relaxant.
