Hi, I am 42 years old. I can t sleep well due to tingling in my arms and hands and am today feeling it in my feet as well. I have a sluggish thyroid and am on levothyroxine. I m feeling tired and slightly dizzy most of the time. Also having a lot less bowl movements just recently. I took a half more dose of levothyroxine but it made me have raspy voice and indigestion which makes me feel I didn t need it. I m wondering if I may have poor circulation of blood and why. I don t smoke or drink and I excersise twice a week. I use to every day but am so tired lately. I have also gained about 10 pounds. I hate the thought of cholesterol medicine but maybe this is what s wrong. I have always been healthy due to diet and excersise. What do you think? Feed back greatly appreciated!
