What Causes Tingling Sensation In Scrotum Along With Frequent Urination?

Hi I am a 23 year old male and for the last couple of days now I have been having a tingling sensation in my scrotum area. It sometimes feels like i'm being tickled in that area. I have also felt the need to urinate more often and today I noticed a bit of dark yello discharge although im pretty sure that was to do with not getting enouth fluids today. Other than that I have no other symptoms. I personally think this is to do with anxiety or arousel. However I'm not entirely sure and wondering what you think I should do?

Hello,

Possible reason underlying is Urinary infection with or without calculus in the urinary system.

I advise to consume plenty of liquids at present, later if problem persists, then consult your family doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
