My son who is 27 y/o has been experiencing a tingling sensation in his penis for over a week now. He denies any pain, burning or discharge. He has had only one sex partner for the last three years. He also stated thated it feels as though something is trapped inside his "pee hole". Please help. Thanks. He is 6 ft 2 inches 183 lbs. no significant health problems. He does a have a strong family history of Diabetes, Hypertension, and Asthma.
