What Causes Tingling Sensation In Penis And Lower Abdominal Pressure?

Hi my name is Sami.24years old.i feel tingling feeling in my pennies.i was used to feel lower abdominal pressure b4 but it is gone away now.but the problem is now that when I feel to Urinate and when I go to Toilet I feel the Urgency to urinate immediately.and after finishing my urination I wipe myself properly and after that I see that a bit urine drop comes out.and One more thing to tell is that I need to urinate nowadays frequently even at night I need to wake up to go to urinate what can it be Is there any answer for me please

Hi, thanks for writing in to HCM.
I understand that you have symptoms of urgency and frequency of urination.
I would like to rule out a urinary tract infection or calculus, and suggest you consult your physician for treatment.
I would ask for a Urine test(routine/culture) & and ultrasound study.
Meanwhile please drink adequate fluids and avoid holdup of urine.
