What Causes Tingling Sensation In Leg,thigh And Neck?

Hi, I was doing squats yesterday in my room (i did not warm up very well and was pushing myself too hard) and mid-squat I felt a sharp tingling on my inner right thigh. (high up on my thigh) I thought I pulled a muscle, but I am positive I did something to a nerve. About 3-5 minutes after this pain, I felt extremely light headed. I was almost positive I was going to pass out, I was so worried about what was going on I called 911. They had an ambulance on the way when I called them back and said it wasn t necessary anymore because I didn t feel like I was going to pass out anymore. Then I was going to bed about 10-15 min later. As I was laying down, I could feel tingling down my inner thigh, at the bottom of my right foot, and most importantly, all the way up the left side of my neck. I realized the tingling was all connected somehow and was trying to lay in a position where the tingling would go away. But for every position, where it stopped tingling in head, it tingled more in my foot. Or it would tingle everywhere: neck, foot, and thing. Also while trying to find a position, I was getting a headache on the back left side of my head. It was right where the tingle up my neck was going to. I finally fell asleep and did not notice it again until halfway through my day when I had been sitting on my bed for a while studying. All of the symptoms I explained earlier are occurring again except I don t feel like I have to pass out. What is happening with this nerve?! Should I go to the emergency room?! Thanks, Jessica
