The question is for my fiance......he is currently incarcerated in a nys prison. The medical team there is bouncing between a diagnosis of sciatica or degenerate disk disease as a cause of his chronic lower back pain. He was prescribed a muscle relaxer and naproxen. He recently started complaining or a tingling in his legs that he described as the sensation you get when you limb falls asleep. And they said they would look into it. Today he called me very upset complaining of his butt whole his entire butt crack, his taint and his penis being slightly numb. Now with all that being said he would like to know if the numbness in this butt and penis could be connected to the pain in his lower back, a side effect of the medications he was prescribed, or a sign pf something else going on. Please help we are very concerned about this!
