What Causes Tingling Sensation In Head And Strong Smelling Urine?

I have a numb tingling sensation on the top right side of my head continuously for several hours then it goes away and comes back in a few days. My eyes have been hurting, my legs and arms ache, and my urine has a extremely strong smell. This is has been happening for about a month. The strong urine smell for the last week?
