What Causes Tingling Sensation In Hands And Forearms?

Hi For about 18 months I have been having problems with tingling sensation in my hands and forearms, I also get tingly/burning lips and cramps in my feet. I have had a series of blood done and nothing show up ( Vit D was low ). I have been taking ended which helps with getting to sleep. It seems to come and go very couple of weeks. Any ideas what tpcould be going on? I am 44 and female.

Hi Madam,

Thanks for posting in HCM.

From the description you have given it appears that you have Multi-vitamin, Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency.

You can take Vitamin B complex capsules once a day for a month. You can take a shot of Vitamin B12 and Folic acid injection too.
Take calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements for a month.

Don't have to worry much. Your symptoms should gradually improve.
Wish you good health.
