General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have read your description and understand your concern.

Following oral sex, it is essential to clean your oral cavity so as to maintain a good oral hygiene. Kindly do the following to overcome the symptoms.
1. Do mouthwash with Chlorhexidine solution thrice daily.
2. Do salt water gargling with warm water twice daily.
3. Take medicated lozenges thrice a day.

Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
