What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Hand?

Hello. I am unable to move / raise my fingers on my right-hand when I bend the wrist upward. When the wrist is not raised, I can move my fingers. There is no pain at all, but there is numbness/tingling on the left-half of the hand from the middle finger to the thumb. The symptoms started overnight out of nowhere. I initially thought I slept in a poor position in which the blood flow to the hand/wrist/forearm was impeded. The feeling is similar to when an arm or leg falls asleep plus the immobility. Thanks for your help!

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that most likely your symptom can be because of poor posture, kindly take some muscle relaxant and apply some painkiller gel topically.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
